1. About CohiiMillc Pets

This website is operated under the trading name CohiiMillc Pets by COHIIMILLC PET TRADING, a business registered in Malaysia under registration number 202603116858 (CA0420843-H).

References to “CohiiMillc Pets”, “we”, “us” or “our” refer to COHIIMILLC PET TRADING. References to “you” or “your” refer to the website visitor, account holder or customer.

2. Website and account use

You must provide accurate, current and complete information when creating an account, contacting us or placing an order.

You are responsible for protecting your account password and for activity carried out through your account.

You must not use this website for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive or unauthorised purposes, or attempt to interfere with its operation or security.

3. Product information

We make reasonable efforts to present accurate product descriptions, measurements, materials, colours, photographs, care information and availability.

Slight differences may occur because of lighting, photography, screen settings, manufacturing batches or normal material variation. Product images are provided for general visual reference and may not show exact scale.

Product availability and information may be corrected or updated without prior notice.

4. Pet suitability and supervision

Product suitability depends on the individual pet’s size, age, health, behaviour, chewing habits and needs. No product is suitable for every pet or every situation.

You are responsible for selecting a suitable product, following available care and usage instructions and supervising your pet where appropriate.

Stop using a product if it becomes worn, damaged, loose or otherwise unsafe. Information on this website is general product information and is not veterinary advice.

5. Orders and acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to purchase the selected products. An order is accepted after payment is successfully processed and we issue an order confirmation or begin preparing the order.

We may decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:

• A product is unavailable.
• Product or pricing information contains a clear error.
• Payment cannot be completed or verified.
• The delivery destination cannot be serviced.
• Fraudulent, abusive or unauthorised activity is suspected.

If we cancel an accepted order after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be refunded through an appropriate payment method.

6. Pricing and payment

Product prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website or at checkout. Shipping fees and other applicable charges are shown separately where relevant.

The final payable amount will be displayed before you confirm the order. Payment must be completed using one of the payment methods available during checkout.

Your bank or payment provider may apply exchange-rate differences, international transaction charges or other external fees. These fees are not controlled by CohiiMillc Pets.

7. Shipping and delivery

Orders are normally prepared for dispatch within 7–10 working days, unless a different period is stated on the relevant product page.

Dispatch time and courier delivery time are separate. Delivery estimates begin after dispatch and cannot be guaranteed.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information. Additional costs caused by an incomplete, incorrect or undeliverable address may be charged to the customer.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or handling fees imposed by the destination country. Unless stated otherwise, these charges are the recipient’s responsibility.

8. Cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change an order.

We will try to assist, but cancellation or modification cannot be guaranteed after preparation, packing or dispatch has started.

9. Returns and refunds

Eligible general return requests must normally be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items should be reported within 48 hours of delivery together with the requested photographs and order information.

10. Promotions and discount codes

Promotions and discount codes may be subject to specific validity periods, product exclusions, minimum-spend requirements and other stated conditions.

Unless stated otherwise, discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash, combined with other promotions or applied to an order after it has been placed.

11. Intellectual property

Website text, branding, logos, illustrations, graphics, photographs, product presentation and original page designs belong to CohiiMillc Pets or are used with permission.

Website content may not be copied, reproduced, republished, sold, distributed or used commercially without prior written permission, except where permitted by applicable law.

12. Third-party services and links

This website may use or link to third-party services, including payment providers, couriers, chat services and other websites.

These third parties operate under their own terms and policies. CohiiMillc Pets is not responsible for content, availability or practices controlled solely by an external provider.

13. Website availability and liability

We aim to maintain an accurate and available website but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or that every error will be corrected immediately.

To the extent permitted by law, CohiiMillc Pets is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss resulting from circumstances outside our reasonable control, website interruption, external services, improper use or unsuitable product selection.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions when our website, products, services, business practices or legal requirements change.

The revised version will be published on this page with an updated date. The terms that normally apply to an order are those available when the order was placed.

15. Governing law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights that may apply under applicable law.
